AUGPhil CS3 Event/Philippine Blog Awards: Success!

Thanks to all the Adobe User Group – Philippines members for supporting the Adobe CS3 Meet-up and the Philippine Blog Awards last March 31.

AUGPhil was a major sponsor to the premiere blogging event in the Philippines and made a splash by raffling off a Adobe Studio 8 license. Congratulations to Noel Perlas for being drawn as the winner of the Adobe Studio 8. AUGPhil was also represented when I was tabbed to present the award for the Best Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) Blog.

During the meet-up, we had a brief meeting to update the members about the plans for AUGPhil this year and upcoming events, . I was glad to announce the talks we have been having with several potential partners to strengthen AUGPhil’s presence and improve the activities. Defintely, AUGPhil will be a better organization as time goes on.

The meet-up was highlighted by the drawing of the Adobe Creative Suite 3 license. The winner was Philippine Blog Awards finalist Ia Lucero.
